For the second year in a row, Bethesda France has worked alongside ESWC Paris Games Week to bring us another awesome Quake Champions Major! On October 26th and 27th, 8 European players competed for 2 days to win the title of Champion and win a share of the $10,000 cash prize.

Of those players invited, three belonged to Myztro Gaming. Defending ESWC Champion and the first ever British Esports Major winner GaRpY, Dreamhack Winter Champ Raisy and serial QuakeCon winner Clawz.

When the finals frags were counted and all the games played it was Myztro’s own Clawz who stood on top, having bested Raisy in a fantastic set of games in the grand final.

GaRpY also claimed joint third place along with fellow competitor Cooler. Over the two days of competition, there were some fantastic matches, some sick plays and gut-churning comebacks that made for great viewing.

The ESWC always put on a great event and it’s a fantastic pleasure to come back and compete again after having such a great time at ESWC PGL 2017.

Although GaRpY wasn’t able to defend his title, I’m sure he will be proud of his two young teammates taking the glory this time.

Thank you for the support this weekend, from our fans and our sponsors. We hope to continue this momentum into our next event…no time to rest boys!
